Policy Details
- Eligibility: Our Free 4-Day Shipping is available for orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We reserve the right to require a minimum purchase amount for free shipping eligibility, which will be displayed on the checkout page.
- Flat Fee 2-Day Shipping: For faster delivery within the contiguous United States, you can choose our Flat Fee 2-Day Shipping option for a nominal fee of $9.95 per order during the checkout process.
- Non-Contiguous U.S. & Territories: Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for Free 4-Day Shipping or Flat Fee 2-Day Shipping. Shipping rates for these locations will be calculated at checkout based on package weight and carrier rates, and transit times may range from 7 to 14 business days.
- Processing Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (local time, America/Chicago) on regular business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or holidays, will be shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery Timeframe: For eligible contiguous U.S. locations, our Free 4-Day Shipping ensures delivery within four (4) business days from the date of shipment. If you opt for Flat Fee 2-Day Shipping, you can expect delivery within two (2) business days from the date of shipment.
- Notification: Once your order ships, we will promptly send you an email confirmation with tracking information so you can easily monitor your delivery's progress.
- Exclusions: Please note that certain oversized products, specific hazardous materials, or exceptional circumstances may not qualify for standard shipping options. We will communicate this clearly during the order process.
- Shipping Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that unforeseen shipping delays, such as those due to inclement weather, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, are beyond our control. Your patience is greatly appreciated in such situations.
- Returns: Should you wish to return items shipped under these shipping options, please refer to our Return Policy for guidance on the return process.
- Tax Collection: ZEC Depot operates in Appleton, WI, and is legally obligated to collect all applicable taxes based on the order's "Ship-To" ZIP code. Certain states may also impose taxes on delivery and/or gift wrap charges. We ensure that any applicable taxes are clearly displayed during the checkout process for your convenience. Please note that tax rates are subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.
